Summer is upon us and once again the
cycle of daily powerful thunderstorms have come back to central Florida. I
urge all hanger owners to make sure the roof support poles are down and
secure before leaving the field. Also it should be standard practice for
all pilots to call 1-800 WX BRIEF before flight to hear the latest NOTAM
and TFR’s |

For those who could not attend the
meeting, we voted four new members into the club last month and three new
members this month. Robbie Robinson looked great and we were all happy to
see him. We heard a report Billy Owens is starting his therapy soon and the
prognosis is looking better. |

I am sorry to tell everyone Shirley
Resnick’s father has passed away and her mother is in the hospital. Al and
Shirley have flown to New Hampshire to be by her side. Our thoughts and
prayers are with them. |
