The Fly-in is coming!

 ANNUAL FLY – IN OCTOBER 28, 2006

 I am sure we are all ready for a fun day of flying and some good snacking.

 We need to remember that our fly-in is not only for fun but is also a fund raiser. We are relying on donations of baked goods and also food and beverages for the evening banquet.

 To hold our costs down we are not renting tables and chairs so we need folding tables and chairs. If you have some and can bring them along that would be helpful.

 We will be putting the tent up Saturday morning about 8:00 am. We definitely need some help with that!

 Cindy Butler 407-452-8530 is coordinating the food and chairs. We will also need some ice Saturday morning.

 Brian Withrow is co-coordinating the Light Sport Ground School. He has determined the best course is for all the individuals to sign up for the King or similar correspondence course. The logistics to get everybody together for 7 three hours courses was a bit much.

Bryan has arranged with Jason Almeter CFII [407]947-1700 to handle the flying parts.
