At the Sept 1st meeting discussion was held on the plans for moving to a new location. Alan Starke is still pursuing building at Tex Merritt. Tom Yowell and I have approached John Osborn about facilities [Big Top type tents] at Osborn field. John is receptive but must have the final permit in place for his T hangers before doing anything else. I hope to have some positive information in the next month or two. Christopher May a UCF senior has been in touch with me. He and a group of aeronautical engineering seniors have decided on a senior project, design and build a part 103 Ultralight. Dan Fiorello and Chris Labian explained their ideas at the September meeting. I believe this is a project we should support. Chris May can be contacted at maychris76@yahoo.com or 407-923-3703.
