We go into the last year before all the changes take place, should you be still ultralighting weigh your aircraft, check out all the new engines that are on the market there are some really good though expensive new thirty-five horsepower power plants and get that five gallon tank fitted then fly, there are too many getting Hanger rash out there.

I like to see being offered a Sports Cup (as in athletic gear), the FAA have you by the short and curly’s and they will in time be squeezing and that could be painful. Talking about the FAA read the rule and do not interpret it. No one can do anything less, an FAA inspector would lose his job to compromise but as it state’s, is as it is, there is No leeway and in my view all the so called helpers in getting this rule were not aware of this or they would have done a better job. You still can’t fly a Buccaneer as it is built Daahhh?

 Flying is going be expensive and you can pretty much do the type of flying most pilots think they want to do, like going places far away, its bit like boats you see sitting in the harbors in there hoards, Millions of dollars just sitting there with pipe dreams of going around the world, some years they never leave the Quay. Then they’re the Lawyers waiting in the wings studying what they did to Piper and Cessna and all the good other planes that were once out there. LSA’s Time is getting near and five will get you ten, their ready, pencils sharpened

If I am painting a poor picture sorry about that, understand they have taken away from me something I really enjoyed doing, Ham that I am, I enjoyed my sixteen years and think I have a right to tell it as it is, or as I see it and even a few might argue. But really I am hoping you will be able to smile and say well the old B******* is still in form I really hate being old. And if you really want to get your own back write on your Calendar 21^st July, and send me a Birthday card I will be eighty, maybe the Queen will Knight me. My last thoughts for 2007 I don’t want to think about, The Florida Flying Gators have played a huge part of my and my sons life, I have met and made friends with some wonderful people, I am not writing anything off but I WANT YOU TO KNOW and say Thanks a million fiends.
